Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Seller&#8221;: FDR Kozijnen, the operator of the webshop.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Customer&#8221;: the person or entity placing an order through the webshop.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Products&#8221;: goods offered by the Seller in the webshop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Applicability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made via the FDR Kozijnen webshop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. The Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All products are depicted and described clearly and truthfully on the webshop.<\/li>\n<li>Each offer includes sufficient information so that it is clear to the customer what the rights and obligations are that are tied to accepting the offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices include VAT and other government levies.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping costs are stated separately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment must be made using the methods indicated on the webshop.<\/li>\n<li>In case of late payment, the customer is automatically in default, and interest and collection costs may be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Delivery and Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Seller will exercise the utmost care in receiving and executing orders for products.<\/li>\n<li>The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to the Seller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without giving any reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8. Warranty and Conformity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Seller ensures that the products comply with the contract, the specifications mentioned in the offer, and meet reasonable requirements of usability and\/or reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9. Complaints Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complaints about the execution of the contract must be submitted to the Seller within a competent time, fully and clearly described.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>10. Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal information of customers is treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties, in accordance with privacy legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>11.
