1. Definitions

• “Seller”: FDR Kozijnen, the operator of the webshop.
• “Customer”: the person or entity placing an order through the webshop.
• “Products”: goods offered by the Seller in the webshop.

3. The Offer

• All products are depicted and described clearly and truthfully on the webshop.

• All prices include VAT and other government levies.
• Shipping costs are stated separately.

5. Payment

• Payment must be made using the methods indicated on the webshop.
• In case of late payment, the customer is automatically in default, and interest and collection costs may be charged.

6. Delivery and Execution

• The Seller will exercise the utmost care in receiving and executing orders for products.
• The place of delivery is the address that the customer has made known to the Seller.

7. Right of Withdrawal

• The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a specified period without giving any reason.

8. Warranty and Conformity

• The Seller ensures that the products comply with the contract, the specifications mentioned in the offer, and meet reasonable requirements of usability and/or reliability.

9. Complaints Procedure

• Complaints about the execution of the contract must be submitted to the Seller within a competent time, fully and clearly described.

10. Privacy

• Personal information of customers is treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties, in accordance with privacy legislation.

11. Final Provisions

• Only Dutch law applies to agreements between the Seller and the Customer to which these general terms and conditions apply.
